LESSON 1: Assignment 5 Discussion

I was thinking about going ahead and starting this assignment, since I have nothing else to do.. and I need to start meditating daily. I will keep a journal on it, and when you give the rest of the instructions for the assignment, I will go ahead and follow them.

I know... No one has asked about it since then, so I thought I would. I really liked this class too...
