View Full Version : 3 Epidurals, Cementing a hole in the back!

My girl friends sister just had her 1st child a baby girl and she is going in for her 3rd epidural to close a hole in her back that is leaking spinal fluid. Apparently they are filling the hole with a cement product. I think she is in alot of discomfort. She is on heavy meds so she can't breast feed and it's depressing her. Please send some energy her way for a quick recovery

Thanks for the wonderful response! They cultured blood from her wrist to clot the hole in her back. She is feeling alot better. The spinal fluid leaking was making her puke several times throughout the day. Her puking stopped now. She is back home, doing better and off meds, and now able to start nursing again. Phew. :wave:
