job energy, please!

So i took my bird to the vet today, one we haven't been to before. i love the place. anyways, i was talking to the receptionist about how i love animals and would love to work with them, but i am discouraged about becoming a vet because of the schooling required. she asked me if i was looking for a job, and told me they were hiring a receptionist. its only minimum wage, but its a job, and it will be doing something i will enjoy... filing, answering phones, mostly sitting down stuff, as opposed to my last job where i was on my feet all day. i really need a job, and would love working at an animal hospital. i filled out an application right then and there, and they said if they want to hire me, they will call in the next few weeks sometime.... lots of waiting, but its worth it, for something like that. the experience alone will be worth it... i really, really want this job, so i hope they consider me. any spare energies would be greatly appreciated!
