Does anyone have any reasonabley simple afghan block patterns? The ones which look like little flowers in squares :)

I can do most stitches. The only stipulation is that there must be a photo to accompany the directions so I can see what I'm supposed to be making ;)

hmm... i think i know what you are talkiing about... you might want to check out the "A year of Afghans" books from Leisure Arts, i have one of them, they have some gorgeous afghans, i generally don't make any though, because i prefer using a solid color, one piece thing, as opposed to changing colors and piecing things together. i'm boring like that... but anyways, i hope you find what you are looking for!

Do you want one of those squares that has a three-dimensional flower coming out of the center, or one with a pattern that looks like a flower, but is flat?

I think I have exactly what you need. Let me check my library when I get home tonight.
