What Gods represent the hearth? I am just wondering.

many do in one way or another.
but specifically Hera from the Greeks, and possibly the so-called Snake Goddess of the Minoans. also the Roman Juno.

i'm sure others will chime in from other pantheons.

Chinese and other Asian pantheons have some hearth/kitchen gods, as well.

The 'water aspect' one is a bit amusing, as she has some...er hygenic aspects...

Not the hearth per say, but Bes was a domestic god. And as far as I know, the Lares were household deities.
