monthlys ;)
red jasper (http://de.msnusers.com/czechwoodsgems/jasper1jaspis1.msnw) (or red brecciated jasper; red should dominate however) + blue lace (http://de.msnusers.com/czechwoodsgems/chalcedon1.msnw) (natural chalcedony) agate + sapphire (http://de.msnusers.com/czechwoodsgems/sapphiresaphir.msnw)
additionally to wear to regulate hormons in body is moonstone (http://de.msnusers.com/czechwoodsgems/moonstonemondstein.msnw), the kali-feldpar preferably; yet if you need motivation are a bit laid back anyway, try the so called rainbow 'moonstone' (actually white labradorite (http://de.msnusers.com/czechwoodsgems/labradorite.msnw)) instead the genuine moonstone itself
as for motivations, that depends on what motivation you seek. tigers-iron can be nice.
but maybe you need to find out what is the reason for the lazyness first; in this case get pietersite (http://de.msnusers.com/czechwoodsgems/pietersite.msnw) and work out whichever the reason is. than you can start from there by getting the stones that will help you
generally speaking.
botswana agate (http://de.msnusers.com/czechwoodsgems/agate3achat3botswana.msnw) are pretty good to help you to put into realization whatever aim you want to achieve.

When I would get my monthly blues, I used to wear a necklace made of Blue Lace Agate and Mother of Pearl. It seemed to work for me.

take a walk then. and take white labradorite with you.
sit down in nature. and go into yourself
listen to the voice within
why are you lazy
why do you feel you have to lay off which seems importtant to you.
sit and meditate or walk, whatever works.
regardless of results, after 1-2 hrs max, go home. cleanse the stone on running tab water at home
than take a bath. hot tub. no soap.
rosemary, salt, verbain, and white labradorite in the water with you. you may add rose petals, but its optional.
meditate while in the water until water temp gets too uncomfy. rinse well. make yourself a nice cup of tea. preferably chamomilla, or other calming tea and go to bed early.
have a sheet of paper and pencil handy near the bed.
good luck

Just my 2 cents... for "laziness", I think any stone with really fiery, energetic properties are good... Amber, carnelian, citrine, etc.

My choice is bloodstone for both of those issues.

I agree with the fire stones for motivation. Aragonite is also said to be good for helping to accept responsibility and do what needs to be done.
