Could these effect our chart in a small way? I know there's a moon on one planet called Phobos; would that control our fears maybe. I don't know much about the Moons, but I think it would enhance astrology even more to study them.

Even closer, Jupiter has 16 moons. Saturn has 19 satellites (from the second largest moon in the solar system to asteroid like objects).

It's an interesting theory, I'll give you that... :) But just think of how much more complicated astrology would become if we had to add on another 20 some moons! But hey, astro.com will let you put in any of about 1000 or so asteroids in your chart, and there are some astrologers who think the "true" rulers of Taurus and Virgo are out there waiting to be discovered! (Because Mercury and Venus rule 2 signs each.) I think the greatest value of astrology though is learning to see all the many aspects that make up "you". So if you find a way to make sense of it all, go for it! :D
