well, what you need to do is just what i said in the reply to that post. you need to learn how to fluctuate your energy "colors". white is the most open color, and if your main energy colors/aura is white, or a light color, they can easily attach/attack/drain you. black, however, means that you personally wont' be able to take in any sort of natural energy, which can lead to sickness/weakness/depression. what you need to do, is meditate, and learn how to fluctuate those colors randomly (it's also the same as not walking a straight path, but kind of turning and twisting randomly, like when you're running away from someone when you're playing tag, and rather than run straight, you try and throw them off by making a quick turn, etc).
severing the link is a good thing, but now you have the heal the energy wound that they made, because it's still a weak point that they could reattach to.
keep in mind, that karma is always waiting for these things. if you are indeed an innocent victim, then things will catch up with this person. deliberately attacking someone, whether physical or astrally, is never a nice thing to do.
if you keep having problems, find someone like me, or someone you know that can astrally project well enough to sever the tie on an astral level FOR you, and make sure they are a strong enough person not to leave any tracks. it helps to have someone do it secretly.
also, do not tell this person that you are severing links or fighting against them. fear is a color, and it's the easiest way to invite more trouble.
