I had some for lunch. They weren't very good. The lengua was kind of dry. I think they gave me the gringo sauce, cause it sucked.

I knew I should have got Barbacoa, or Carne Asada...oh well. Thats what you get for trying somethng new.

A good hot sauce is hard to find.

I'd recommend Dave's Insanity Sauce, mainly because I've heard some horror stories, but I've never tried it myself.

My auntie's zambusa, produced twice yearly for family gatherings, is usually all the hot I ever need.

Tobasco is as non-dairy creamer next to that woman's cooking.

Hmm, that was months ago.... I bet the thread just got moved in here by some unenlightened entity or other. I mean, who would knowingly mock Tacoism? Tacos are perfection in a form requiring no cutlery or china whatsoever. A complete meal in a circle, with no beginning and no end, until of course you've finished your taco. Then I guess that would be the end.

There's no way I would ever forget how to make tacos. It's ingrained in my psyche at this point. That would be like saying I might forget how to do dishes, or clean the toilet, or or or....
