Okay, without a birth time, I need to inform you that the accuracy of my words will be reduced, though I will do what I can.

You've got your Sun in Aquarius and your Moon in Virgo. Those two signs really have nothing in common - Aquarius is Air and Virgo is Earth - but it's made up for by the fact that they both tend to produce intelligence, logic and reason. Aquarius is friendly and independent while Virgo is precise and practical. You are very outstanding in anything that requires analytical ability. You give excellent advice, usually in a very matter-of-fact way. You plan precisely, and proceed with confidence and assurance as a result. You insist on taking your time in the thinking, and you rarely ever go off on an emotional whim. You are somewhat fastidious in your tastes, neat and orderly, and perhaps particular in dress. Your ability to analyze gives you an intuitive insight into peoples feelings, but because you tend to analyze emotions first, you come across as being somewhat aloof.

Your Sun is conjunct your Noth Node, which means you were born very close to an eclipse. (There was a lunar eclipse on Feb 10th). When either the Sun or Moon get blocked for a time in an eclipse, it can indicate a lack in your life in the signs of the Sun and Moon. Lunar eclipses tend to be relationship-oriented. It can be hard to connect or maintain connections with others. Not knowing your natal house becuase of your unknown birth time I don't feel comfortable hazarding any guesses as to where exactly this affects you. But the eclipse happened over the Leo/Aquarius axis (Aquarius is the release point in this case) In brief, it can be summed as balancing service to your self with service to others. Individual vs groups, spontenaity versus planning. One author summed it up perfectly (from the Mountain Astrologer) " . . . children on a playground, laughing and singing in blissful abandon, while, circled around them, are a dozen scientists in white lab coats, carefully observing and recording every move for a research study on the nature of play." Do you feel more like the scientist than the kids?

On the flip side of this seemly negative pronouncement, you have the opportunity to express yourself and be the leader, using your skills to help others more than most. You have a real talent for "seeing the big picture" and would make an excellent counselor, especially since you can rise above temporary emotions and give some really great advice.

Since you mentioned relationship issues in another thread, let's see if we can get some clarity there. With Venus in Capricorn and Mars in Sagittarius, this tells me you are respectful in love but may have trouble letting yourself go. You need a partner that understands you show your feelings through actions rather than words. Though you may seem aloof, it's only to hide any inner vulnerability. Men who love the controlled type of woman (I'm told they see that as a challenge :hehehehe: ) will be especially excited by you. Let them - passionate partners attract you anyway and would be a good thing for you. (Balance again) You want people to love you for your compentency and probably have the heart of a romantic hiding somewhere.

Part of what holds you back is that strong square to from Venus to Chiron (soul wounds). You may feel challenged by someone with untraditional ideas in love or life. More importantly, its your sense of self that needs the most healing. You often looks more to others for self-esteem and validation than to yourself. If people don't notice you it *must* be becuase there's something wrong with you, right? Wrong. It's your fears talking in that case. Of course it doesn't help that you are naturally very precise and critical - you criticize yourself mercilessly and feel that nothig is ever quite good enough. The lesosn to learn is that you need to appreciate yourself for who you are. (Easier said than done, of course). Remember your thoughts are powerful - you get what you put out - watch those critical inner words. It might help to remind yourself of all the good things you have to offer. Chiron's offers the acknowledgement of your true worth, being loved for just who you are, which is perfect.

Sorry for the delay - RL and all.:awilly:

Nick: His Sun and Moon are in Virgo and he has Libra rising. In fact there's a lot of Virgo in his chart - 5 planets! Much like his mum, he's got a lot of that Virgo fussiness and a tendency to think rather than feel going on. He was probably born acting adult and behaved better than his younger Aries brother has. Because of this innate maturity, as a parent it is far too easy for you to treat him like he's grown up, even when he's not. You know you can depend on him to help and so give him tasks to do. Need the toy room cleaned up? He'll do it. Or how about puttng the dishes away and organizing them while he's at it? Yep, that too. There's nothing wrong with teaching your children how to do things and giving them responsibility when they can handle it, but the danger in that is he could link working hard and doing things for others with getting love. Virgos are perfectionists - no ifs and or buts about it. They want very much to get things "right" which is where some of the reputation for fussiness comes from. The average Virgo child believes that they must be perfect in order to get love. They have the feelings but aren't always sure how to express them, so they resort what they know best - helping and doing things for others. It'll be a challenge for you, simply because that can be one of your weaknesses. But it is said we teach what we have to learn . . .

With Nick's Sun (self) and Mercury (communicative self) in his 12th house, he's going to be quite a bit more reticent than most children. He'll prefer solitary pursuits over the curling team, for example. He also isn't so likely to be chatty, though he;d be deadly if he went for the debate team in school! He has a very sharp mind and doesn't miss a detail of what's going on around him. He just stores that info for later use. He's not a total loner; in fact Libra rising kids tend to be everbody's frined, emphasized strongly by his Moon conjunct Venus in the 11th house of friends. He'll be the one kids come to when they need help with something. If he doesn't know how to do it he;ll know how to find it out! He does bask in recognition from others and will probably find ways to seek it out from others. Perhaps in a dramatic fashion at times. He's more likely to be found in his room - people with strong 12th houses like places to retreat to - reading a book, playing with a microscope, playing music or doing art. He's sensitive to his environment so don't overstimulate him with loud noises, odors or images. He'll let you know when he's had enough.

The best thing you can do for him is teach him how to laugh and be silly. (Seriously.) He takes life a bit too seriously; there's plenty of time to be responsible later. Give him permission to be a kid too. When he seems stressed, break out the cartoons and let him have a giggle fit. If he can learn to laugh at life, he'll be much healthier and less prone to stress-related illnesses. Allow him to get in touch with his childish (not immature, but 'child-like') side. If he can stop the critical voices in his head and understand that you love him *exactly* as he is he'll grow up with better self-esteem.

Okay, onto Ty!

Aries Sun, Taurus Moon and Capricorn rising. Hang onto your sanity with this one - Aries children can be quite the handful! They want to be loudest, best, fastest, strongest, and everything else they can do to be first in line, including pushing if necessary. I think it must have been an Aries child who first rode a bicycle and said "Look Ma, No hands!" (Though he won't be quite so reckless as other Aries types, he'll still have that large dash of risk-taking in his character.) He can be a bundle of energy, though that Taurus Moon and Cap rising will settle him down a tad. He's not afraid of confrontation and may even invite it at times. That's part of why he's pushes everything as far as he can - if he believes he can get away with it, then by all means he will try. Even when he plays it'll be for a reason, probably known only to him. He's quite clever and chatty and will love to tell you all about the new ideas he's learned and the things he did at school. He may hoard his toys a bit, so teach him the benefits of sharing early on.

If there's one thing that will drive him batty it'll be the word 'no'. He has very firm ideas about where he's going and what he's going to do when he gets there, so anything in his way better look out. He won't want to be stopped in his headlong rush (even if it looks like a crawl at this age) and may have more than a few dominance battles with you, since you are the authority. Explain to him why rules exist and that life is better with everyone following them. Also teach him that not everybody is going to follow his lead or agree with him all the time . . . and that's okay! Give him a chance to toot his own horn when he does something special but don't let it go on forever.

He's bound to resist changing his mind quite strongly. You'll have to introduce him to change slowly. But rather than get upset he'll turn that emotional energy into something useful more often than not. He cares very much for family and will always try to take care of all of you and make sure you're happy and secure. He tends to take care of others more than he talkes care of himself. Like you and your Nick, he has a lot of Earth energy in his chart. He may find understanding his emotions and sensitive side difficult, but for different reasons. Underneath it all he's covering up a sense of vulnerability with bluster and bluffing and may to to you (and others) for reassurance of his emotional self-worth. His chart suggests that any lack in this area could lead to controlling or obsessive behavior.

Overall, though he may give you more than a few gray hairs, he's a good kid and very much a hard worker. He's very good at studying a situation and reducing it to its essentials. With Neptune in the 1st house, he's more sensitive than he might appear on first glance. He'll probably fight following a routine just simply for the argument. He's has all kinds of great ideas but may find putting them to use to his biggest challenge. This should sort itself out as he gets older. For right now, enjoy the toddler years and baby-proof *everything*. And then baby-proof it again . . . just in case he decides sticking his finger in the electric socket looks like a good time.

Handy-dandy little astrology program called Astrolog. http://uk.geocities.com/astrolog32/ It's freeware and has almost all the same features as the high-priced professional kinds. I'll wanr you - it's not easy to learn to use. It was written by computer programmers after all!

However, if all you're after is a chart interpretation, you can post your data in another thread and one of the readers here would happy to take a look. Here's what we need: http://www.mysticwicks.com/showthread.php?t=117653
