With the exception of LOTR, which new movies do you guys want to see?

Here's a link about the Mothman Prophecies, for those of you who are interested, and whose curiosity has been peaked by those "based on a true story" ads.

I'm up for Brotherhood of the Wolf too, and the Count of Monte Cristo. Only thing is, I hardly ever go to movies, I just wait for video or my digital cable pay per view! I can sit in the comfort of my own home in my sweats, eating popcorn!

Eshallet & I wanted to see "Brotherhood of the Wolf" but we're waiting now for DVD, he doesn't want to 'read" while we're at the movie. So we gonna wait for the English dub version, just like we did for Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon.
I think, we're gonna go see Black Hawk Down this weekend. I really REALLY want to see it. I posted about it already. It's based on events my cousin was involved in. :D

The Count of Monte Cristo looks decent and I'd like to see Godsford Park as well. I think that's one I'll have to wait and go see with my Mom, though not eshallet's cup of tea. (look I made a funny! )

Mothman Prophecies, Brotherhood of the Wolf, Count of Monte Cristo...

I saw Black Hawk Down last saturday. VERY violent, intense...if you have delicate sensibilites, I wouldn't recommend it. Very intense...

My cousin said it seemed very "real" and pretty damn close to the actual truth of the whole matter. He didnt' stay for the entire movie, there was about a 1/2 hour left, and he just couldn't watch anymore. Why should he. He was there.

I'm still going to go, especially since he told me there's a guy in the movie with the same name as him. ;)

I'd say it looked real to me. I've never been so stressed throughout a movie. War is violent. War is bloody. To portray it any other way does it an injustice. I think it will take some oscars.

:) What an experience! He and his fellow soliders were very brave that day.

ooh i can't wait to see star wars!
i've heard a lot of good things about black hawk down but i'm really not much on war movies so i don't know if i'll like it.
vanilla sky i saw, it was well done but i don't know if i'd recomend it. it kind of boggled my mind too much, gave me a pretty big headache. needless to say i found it confusing, although it has an unexpected twist at the end which was pretty cool.

Mothman, even though the "critics" say it sucks. I never listen to them. I saw Beautiful Mind - it was really good. Russell Crowe is YUMMY. I wanted to see that French flick Amelie, but it was only in limited engagement here, and I couldn't get to it. I'm sure it'll be on PPV soon.

I saw The Mothman Prophecies tongiht and I found it to be very good ~ a type of movie you had to really pay attention to the drtails in and also to watch it close ~ if you blinked you might miss the mothman in the mirror and such ~ Don't say a word is another good flick ~ for me I am looking forward to Blade ll ~

Qfor everyone ~ Me and Jay were talking as there is some hinting in the Biz about a movie team up with Batman and Superman .....

It is said that Mike Keaton is coming abck to the roll of Batman..

Who who make a great new version of Superman ???? any thoughts...

We thought of ....

Dean Cane ( Tv's Superman )

Alec Baldwin

Ben Afleck ( sp )

just curious ..........
