Which Ethnic Cuisine's have you tried, that you like the most.

I've tried Indian, Thai, Vietnamese, Jamaican, Ethiopian (in college, as part of a cultural week), Lebanese, Chinese, Japanese, Greek, Italian, Mexican, Dominican. And...I think thats it:)

My favorites out of these, are Indian, Thai, Chinese, Italian, and Greek.

I just love Thai... they use so many different and interesting ingredients. I went out the other night to a Thai place and had veggies and nuts in a tamarin sauce. Yummy!
