Where can I get my hands on a water cooling pump that has or can be hooked up to a regular plug for a home electrical outlet?

Im trying to build basically a system to circulate cooled water through a series of metal pipes. I was looking at a one-room air conditioner and theyre like 7-800 bucks and I figgure, bag that Ill build one.

I want to get the pump hooked up to a S stacked set of metal pipes. The cooled water circulates through the pipe and cools the air around the pipes. Put that infront of or behind a fan.

Im just not sure where to GET a water cooling pump. All the ones Ive found so far are ones big enough for a whole office building or ones for a computer (which are too small)

Did you try ebay? or Google?

My son got a small 1 room air conditioner for less than $100 last year.

Do a search for evaporative cooling or evap cooling. Those are the systems that are used residentially. I dont see any way they'd be cooler than an air conditioner though.
