My best friend is going through some rough times right now. I'd be lying if I said I had nothing to do with this. He and I used to date. I don't love him the way that I used to and well...he does me. I've been moving forward with my life and he's been kind of hanging back, hoping that he and I will get back together even though I told him that it can't happen and won't (in a nicer way, of course :P)
Please send him some courageous/heart-healing/loving/all kinds of good energy that will help him to overcome his sadness and to, also, help him see that he is strong and capable enough to move forward with his life.
