My husband and I will be moving from our apartment into a duplex!!! Our first home!
Its 1200 sq ft with hardwoodfloors and tile in the kitchen and dining area.
2 bedrooms and 1 bath. A gi-normous kitchen with a bar and washer and dryer included. We have to furnish the refrig but that won't be too hard we'll get one within the first month or so and in the meantime we live close enough to a store to shop for the day and keep a cooler with ice for the time being. Sandwhiches and soup will have to work! hehehe.
Its so lovely and in a quiet neighborhood which is a change from the present area which has become over run with hookers, crack, and thugs. I've heard more gunfire in the last 3 months than have EVER living in the complex we're in now and I just want to get the heck outta there!
So we have a lovely home and I'm happy with the square footage and I'm soooo excited about moving! AND there is plenty of light for my potted garden!!!!! There's also a little back yard so if the neighbors agree I can plant a garden there too!!!
