I recently just started using Tarot Cards in spells.

I pick out the card that relates the most to the spell. (Ex. spell for overcoming a fear.... "Strength")
While casting the spell, I'll place the card on my alter. Then I'll leave the card out until I feel its time to take it down.

Thats really cool Juniper! I bought a book called 'Tarot spells' by Janina Renee its a really good complete book of all kinds of spells with tarot card layout and affirmations, its also great to use as a source guide and then expand on the spells to make them your own :D

I've been thinking about using my unicorn deck specifically for spells since I don't find I can read using it.

There's also another book called "Tarot Spellcasters..." by Terry Donaldson.

It one of those general Barron's Educational Series, but it's really a beautiful little book. It's all photographs of tables using special candles, unusual bottles for oils - very artistic. Gave me all sorts of ideas.

& thanks for the other book Storm :) that looks like a really nice book, Ill look out for it next time Im at the book store , but my eyes are all on Crystal healing and Reiki books at the moment. :)
