Herb recipes for Tarot readers

[Silver Venus]

Hey I just found this great recipe ~

PSYCHIC TEA

* 3 parts Rose Petals
* 2 parts Thyme
* 2 parts Yarrow
* 1 part Cinnamon
* 1 part Clove

Brew in boiling water for about ten minutes.
Strain and add honey for taste if needed, do
not add cream or milk. Use before divination
psychic work, and astral travel to enhance the
awareness.

Ill have to make some for next time Kiya comes round and then we can both drink it before we read for eachother :) Im not sure where I will get the yarrow from though..

I'm also really curious to what other pyschic herbs there are out there that you can actually drink? and make into a tea before you read?
~ It would be a really nice ritual to do each time before and could calm down the querrant too i though :)

Mugwort & dandilion roots are some you can try. I think I have a recipe for another pyschic tea. I'll look.

Thanks Wild ~ would Mugwort, dandelion, rose petals, thyme and cinamon work well together? Because I cant seem to get yarrow and dont really like clove.

I have a recipe for a tea... :)

Take 1 part cinnamon
1 part rosepetals
1 part yarrow
and then 3 parts of an ingredient that I have no idea on what it is called in english :( but in swedish it is called gråbo. I'll try to find some translation for it somewhere...

Take one teaspoon of the mix and if you want to you can chant some while heating the mix...

BTW, I think this is a recipe from a book by Dorothy Morrison called "Everyday magic" but I am not sure...

Does anyone use Gotu Kola before Tarot? I heard that it is used by some during mediation to increase clarity of thought. Anyone tried it?

I use mugwort - usually as an incense but works in tea too. It grows in my yard and we get a big harvest every year.

...sandlewood incense if the reading is for me, or Vanilla if the reading is for someone else. I've always done it - but I've never tried the tea thing!
