LOL! My old house is on the market.... AGAIN!

I had to laugh when I saw that it was back on the market for the 3rd time in 4 years!

This was the house I grew up in and had always had an abundance of "spirits" and other entities. To me they became a comfortable "background" (for the most part) of the house. Well I inherited it when my mother died but couldn't afford all the repairs it needed to be livable, pay the taxes and live somewhere else. I wound up loosing it to taxes. Anyway, the people who bought it fixed it up (quite nice) and moved in. They sold it shortly after, and this is the 3rd time in 4 years it's been for sale!

The add for it I saw yesterday started out:
" MOTAVATED! MOTAVATED! MOTAVATED!!!SELLERS!"

Hummm wounder why??? Hehehehe

I thought about that... but we couldn't buy it now.... my 1 son said he might see if it would qualify for a VA loan. I'm not sure but I think they require a full basement.

Well, if you can raise the finance, then _something's_ persuading them to sell.

Why not go and have a viewing and see if you can pick anything up about what might be going on?

If they're that desperate, they might let it go cheaper!
