The day day, like monday, tuesday ... ect ect.

My stats are as follows : (all positions, Tropical Zodiac and calculated using EST, assuming your given birth time is daylight time.) Ascendant = 21* 05.8' Pisces. (following positions rounded off) Midheaven= 25* Sagittarius, Pisces. Sun= 23* Cancer, Moon= 6* Leo, Mercury= 4* Cancer, Venus= 16* Gemini, Mars =1* Aries, Jupiter= 27* Taurus, Saturn= 28* Sagittarius Rx, Uranus=28* Sagittarius Rx. Neptune= 8* Capricorn Rx. Pluto=10* Scorpio Rx.

Would being born on a thursday affect my personality in any way?

I don't really know...I just remember the old rhymes, like for me "Wednesday's child is full of woe". :lol: But I guess you /could/ go by the astrological correspondances for the days of the week. I know Thursday corresponds to thor, which relates (somehow) :lol: to Jupiter...so if we wanna stretch it a bit we could say that Jupiter would have added influence in your chart. And in a way it already does, being that it's trining your sun (a traditionally "good" aspect) and quincunxing your midheaven and ascendant...so Jupiter is definitely coloring your general personality a bit! :D I've never seen any books about this though, but looking at it, maybe it's worth some research!
I was born on wednesday, which corresponds to Mercury, and in my chart I have Gemini rising!

Hehe. I guess i'm going to start studying Jupiter now, to see how much it relates to my general personality. Maybe that will explain a few things about my chart personality and actual personality and the conflicts they sometimes, but very rarely, have.

Thanks!

The days of the week (in English) are named for Norse gods (mostly) which IMO are Earthier than the Greek/Roman gods of the planets. The day of your birth probably does effect your personality, but it's probably a cultural process rather than a biological one.

For those new to this, here are the correspondences:

Sunday = Sun
Monday = Moon
Tuesday = Tiw or Tyr ~ Mars
Wednesday = Woden or Odin ~ Mercury (that's a stretch)
Thursday = Thor ~ Jupiter (another stretch)
Friday = Freya ~ Venus
Saturday = Saturn (Guess the Norse didn't have anyone that morose :) )
