Crystals/stones for a teen girl?

I would like to make some sort of compilation or jewelry for my daughter and I would love some suggestions for helpful crystals to get her through these crazy teen years.

besides those great suggestions ... i especially like the labradorite ... for any teenage girl ... a pocket full of hematite ... especially if they are heavily affected by or have issues with their menstration cycle; but definitely if they are sensitive or perhaps a bit 'drifty' and influenced by others ...
