What type of information are you interested in--modern correspondences or historical? For historical information, try http://epona.net.

Dedications and statues identified with Epona have been found at healing springs. At Luxeuil, France, a stone Epona artifact (intringuingly with an inscription that was too worn to read) was found at a thermal baths. A stone bas-relief of Epona was found at Freyming, France, at a place called Sainte-Fontaine, the site of a holy spring. The site was also had a temple dedicated to Sirona, Hygeia, Mercury and Apollo (http://www.sparealites.com/lc039304.html) (French).

She is generally depicted in one of three ways: riding sidesaddle on a horse moving to the right (Sidesaddle type (http://epona.net/depictions.html#side)), seated (Imperial type[/urk]) between 2-4 hourses, or, very rarely, depictions of a mule or horse pulling a cart with a dedication to Epona [url="http://epona.net/depictions.html#cart"]cart type (http://epona.net/depictions.html#imp)).

In the Imperial and Sidesaddle depictions, Epona is often shown with a patera (offering plate) filled with round fruit or small items (maybe grain?). Some times she holds a cornucopia, other times she may have hay or grain in her lap. The Sidesaddle types often depict one hand (usually the left) holding the reins.

Is this type of information you are interested in?

Why not just search for the information your self? It's not hard ;)
Just go to Yahoo and search "Epona Goddess" you'll get tons of sites-- 45,200 to be exact.
The first page alone is well enough to get an idea about Epona.

Why not use the search function on this site? There are probably a dozen or more threads on Epona right here on MW...

To search on here go to the area below the banner and look for something that says "Search" with an arrow pointing down. Click it and put Epona in there. It's not any different than other searches, lol.

I also made a Resource thread where you can probably find threads about her: The Gods and Goddesses Resource and Link thread (http://www.mysticwicks.com/showthread.php?t=113087) to to the Celtic area and look.

You can find that info out out by using Yahoo too (or any other search)
A lot of that info you can find by reading those sites you see.
Linking information and putting what you read together.

All you know is that she kind and a goddess of healing and horses. To learn more than that read all these pages:
http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=goddess+epona&fr=FP-tab-web-t&toggle=1&cop=&ei=UTF-8

I'm not trying to seem mean or anything, I'm really not.
ve just seen so many people come in here asking these type of questions and having people do all the work for them-- when it's something they can learn and find out on their own really easily.

Just look though all those sites and read'em. If you have any more questions or anything you need clarified just ask.
