What's it called? (Dumb question)

I already know this is a dumb question. lol. But what exactly is the use of crystals referred to as??? Witches practice witchcraft, for example. ____practice____by using crystals. Fill in the blanks. lol

I would say anyone can make use of and feel affiliated with crystals.
who uses them anyone. Shamans, witches, .gov for currency backing (yeah), scientists, builders, decorators.... lol.
Think of it as common as a screwdriver and anyone can use it. you just have to know what it's good for and employ it properly just like a screwdriver.

Ok this is how I see it: I am a witch who uses crystals in her practice. I called it Crystal crafting sometimes. I also do Candle magick. So I sometimes also call it Stone/Crystal magick.

That is right. He did indeed call those of us who work with stones/crystals Stone Witchs.

I don't think you can always put a lable on some things. Some things we just do as it is our nature or avocation.

I'm not sure if I understand the question right but if your asking what I think you are there are several answers depending on the work you are doing...

Healing: terms I have heard used for this are 1) crystal/stone healing 2) Laying on of stones

Divination: terms I have heard used are 1) crystal/stone scrying 2) crystal/stone divination

General: general terms I have heard are 1) crystal/stone witch 2) Crystal/stone consultant 3) Crystal/stone meditations 4) crystal/stone theropy.

In the end I agree with Dragonsinger however. I try not to label my work or anyone else's due to the fact I find labels "limiting" and they can never truely or fully explain how one accomplishes one's work. Labels, for the most part, dont bring justice to the individual and in other cases people use labels to "impress" others. When all is said and done the work will speak for itself and no label will ever truely explain it or the individual.

A wise man/woman needs no label and a humble man/woman seeks no label.

And no.. I am niether wise nor humble.. but I do strive to be every day.
