Is there a retrograde or something going on?

Life as I know it has now gone completely topsy turvy, and I'm starting to wonder if the planets are out of whack or something.

What's going on? Anything funky astrologically?

mercury is not supposed to go retrograde untill next month,

yes ... there are several planets retro right now ...
jupiter and pluto have been retro for a while now and neptune and chiron just slipped retro last week ... check out my blog http://businessvoodoo.blogspot.com as i've written quite a bit on the pluto retro and jupiter retro which seems to have everyone's panties in a bundle!!!

depending on your natals and the retro's transits to them, you can pinpoint which planet is wanting you to chill out in that area of life for review, etc.

Haha, it's not really me I'm worried about - it's like the people around me have gone absolutely nutso. O_o

Jupiter retrogade REALLY applies here. One of my mentors just lost his job (a major shock to us all) and the organization he was in (which I'm also in a way part of; it's educational and I'm alumni) is going through MAJOR shakeups at the moment.

I just hope everything goes smoothly! It seems like a very rocky ride at the moment!

likely, expect things to get a bit more intense until july 7 when jupiter moves direct again and then it will be like a lovely afternoon thunderstorm has gone by and you are left with clear air, big white fluffy clouds with an amazing blue sky and a cool breeze on a bright sunny day! lots of work until then .... nose to grindstone time!

Naw, Pluto doesn't scare me . . . much. I get along well with the dark and mysterious types anyway. :D Besides Pluto is Rx half the year anyway, so he's a regular house guest.

Saturn and I however, well let's just say we've worked out a temporary cease-fire. In Leo where he's wicked grumpy anyway . . . :mad:

sooo far.. things look pretty dynamic...

Pluto and Jupiter are retrograde now, June 6th 2006, and with Mercury RX in que for July... we are going to need our wits about us... we are in for a very bumpy ride... but those bumps arent just bumps in the road, they are also like meteor showers to the space traveler...

a mercury rx comming off the heals of the 666 day, with Jupiter and Pluto in retrograde is a pefect recipie for chaos soup....

Oh I know all the good stuff that Saturn does for me too. He does all kinds of nice things in my natal chart so we normally get on very well. I'm just venting because I'm having my Saturn Return right now. 8O I thought I was prepared for it, but with the simultaneous Chiron square Chiron and progressed lunar return it's been . . . interesting, in the way that the old Chinese curse talks about.

yeah, but its 06/06/2006 ... which really makes it numerologically or vibrationally, 06/06/08 ... so not such a big deal, just another day that is as dynamic as any other one!

... i'm saturn retrograde in the 8th ... there is no peace for saturn ... he works in my blind spot and it drives me nuts the more i try to understand him ... my uranus/sun conjunction in the 2nd, yet too far afield to be an opposition, doesn't help me find any peace with saturn!

yes, but with pluto coming just shy of direct conjunction with the galactic center, this retrograde is quite intense ... preparing us for the galactic center conjunction this fall ... coupled with jupiter ... interesting how those two planets work together ... its been quite intense for most everyone.
