Green Room Alert/Spring Count Down!

Yes, folks, it's that TIME of year again! Time to start thinking of what you want to plant in your garden this year. Time to organize your seeds, time to think about what you want to start early. Time to get to the Green Room and ask all the gardening questions you can possibly come up with! Don't leave it too late, folks. After all, there's only 49 days to Spring! Yay! :D

Well, it looks like I will be asking what grows in a drought if we don't get some precip here in NJ. :(

I have a few ideas of what I want to do this year, but I have one whole empty garden and I will be picking your brain so be warned.:p

I've already started my seeds........There's Mini- Greenhouses all over my house! Spring will be here in late Feb.-Early March....Mother Nature threw us a curve last year with a couple of 19 degree nights in late April...............

So much for getting ready for spring it's snowing here and it is sticking! The forcast says flurries and we have 1/4 of an inch in an hour at what point do they call it snow instead of flurries????? So much for spring here:(

I've got my seed catalogs stacked beside my arm chair. After work, it's dark and cold at 6pm here, I curl up with a cup of herbal tea ( usually peppermint from my friend Stephie's garden, she's one of the finest organic gardeners I've met- some day I''ll have some herb beds that are as lovely as hers) and I dream about long warm days and soil that looks like chocolate cake when I crumble it in my hands. Looking forward to Green Room ideas for this year. Hey, Life is good.
