Well first impressions tell me you have a very strong personality – nobody messes with you unless they really need to. Your Sun is in Scorpio, Moon in Sagittarius and Virgo is rising. Sagittarius is direct and honest while Scorpio is passionate and secretive. In other words explosions happen when your emotions come into play. You come on strong and may tend to intimidate those around you. It's nothing you have done so much as something you are. This intensity tends to freak some less secure people out. You are not afraid of a good confrontation, and you seldom pull any punches. You put forth an attitude of both aloofness and watchful curiosity that somehow remains detached but has an awareness of what’s going on around you, be it social trends, political concerns or what your neighbor down the street is doing at 2:30 in the morning. Usually, you only care if it affects your reputation - otherwise it's irrelevant.

You are affectionate, loyal and sincere, almost to a fault and quite eager to help others. You may be too idealistic for business and too critical for many service jobs. You are not one to compromise your ethics for money or status gains – you want to earn your success the honest way. There is a great deal of enthusiasm or spirit in your nature, but success may be difficult until you have learned to control your impulsive temper or brusque manner. You react too quickly, without due consideration and forethought. As you mature, mind the effects of your words on others, particularly on sensitive people – Sagittarian energy isn’t known for its tact. After harnessing your powerful emotional energies, your high principles and sense of honor can take you far indeed.

Pluto is one heavy hitter in your chart – he rules your Sun and is placed very powerfully, basically holding the strings that control the rest of your chart. Your ability to get to the point is phenomenal – no prevaricating with you. Anyone who tries to get you to play with words is in for a big surprise. You cut right through all the window dressing and gets right down to the quick. Before anyone knows it, you have the heart of the matter out front for everyone to see. It makes no difference.

Relationship-wise, you have Pisces on the cusp of your seventh house of relationships. Pisces energy isn’t totally on this planet most of the time and as such you can have difficulty with partnerships. It’s common to feel alone in a crowd and that you have no peers that really understand you. When you feel that your privacy has been threatened, you often lash out at them (especially the more you care for them) and then you prove to be quite annoying to be around. It bothers you when this happens, but being unaware of the underlying reason you repeat it over and over. Do yourself a favor – get a completely private place of your own to retreat to when things get edgy and use it! That should allow you enough time to gather yourself together and recharge your batteries and become more sociable. One thing that can happen with this particular sign here is you stay single for a long time because you are looking for the “perfect” partner. As such, you fear being let down by anyone who you don’t believe meets your ideal and you can let many good fish get away. Relationships are about compromise, which makes your Scorpio heart have fits I’m sure, but it helps to understand compromising is not synonymous with a loss of control.

You should look for lovers who are sympathetic (another Piscean trait) and can help talk you down and soothe your nerves when you get fed up with “those people.” I like to call this the “oh poor baby-tell me all about it you poor thing” placement for obvious reasons. When you do find the kind soul who fits this description you will make any sacrifice necessary to benefit them and your partnership. Opposites truly do attract for you! Rather than find a practical provider you go for the dreamy, creative types. (Just don’t depend on them to pay the bills.) But they provide the benefit of opening your mind to new ideas.

Thank you very much, but just one question "because you are looking for the “perfect” partner" was from what you have gathered from another post of mine, or straight from my chart? just wondering, but again thank you so much :)

Nope, all my words were from looking at your chart. I've not read any of your previous posts (at least that I'm aware of!)

Then i must say the accuracy has caught me far off-guard. If i wanted to learn more about astrology, any good books i should start at? :-)

There are a couple of book lists already posted here (somewhere - the search function isn't finding them), but my personal recommendations are the following:

**Astrology: Classic Guide To Understanding Your Horoscope - Ronald Davison,
**Only Way To Learn Astrology, the series - March & McEvers
Astrology, a Cosmic Science - Isabel Hickey
Astrologer's Handbook - Sakoian & Acker
Everyday Astrology - Jill Davies
The Only Astrology Book You'll Ever Need - Joanna Martine Woolfolk

** the starred ones I use as teaching manuals.

And of course for any questions you want answered you can post here or check out the Astrology class that Valkie teaches in CoT. http://www.mysticwicks.com/forumdisplay.php?f=106

For the one you couldn't find try http://www.astrocom.com/, which is the publisher. I think it's around $20 US there.

and if you *happen* to be in LA, the Bodhi Tree's used books will have most of these for less than $10 ... also look on line, i think its "sam's books" ... but look for used copies of the books on line or in used book stores ... they were fairly well published & distributed.
