Problem is, you need a date of birth for that previous life. Occasionally people have past-life regressions and can work out exactly who they were and find out the details from old records; but most of us may have vague recollections of a past life, but not the birth date!

i just started reading judy hall's book on past life ... "patterns of the past", the birthchart, karma & reincarnation ... have you ever had an akashic record reading or accessed your akashic records? curious to know if you have any particular type of information ... as judy's book relates to several different areas of information.

Well, that's a neat bit of synchronicity! I too have just started reading her book - we're on the same MA course, and she very kindly gave me a copy of "The Karmic Journey - The Birthchart, Karma and Reincarnation", which I'm currently reading (this is the book that's been updated and reissued recently as "Patterns of the Past").

I've got one particular pattern in my life that I think is connected to a past life, so I'd love to have a past-life regression.
