I would liek someone to teach a class on hpw to make an altar. I have tried and turned down but mol says I can if I find someone more expreinced that I to lead it and I simiply teach under them. The class would include:
~making your own tools(wand, athame,chalice,penatcle)
~Altar design (laying out the altar etc. This has to be accepting of maying ways of doing things seeing as different trads are differnet)
MAking your own god and goddess statues and candleholders
making your own altar cloth
MAking your own seasons centers (snowflake for winter, leaves and flowers for summer, ect)
making a BoS.
Key:
~ = required
Each required thing is reqwuired for people to do in the cousre and they need to do atleast 2 other projects as well.

Any volenteers?

I think it would be a very helpful class, and I'd be interested in possibly helping. :)

I've made quite a few things from that list... but I'm not sure if I'm really classed as experienced!

I would love to take that class, if demand helps to get the class off the ground! Best wishes getting it together.

I really want to see this class be made. Could be extremely helpful to some.

Here's a link on the subject of it http://mysticwicks.com/showpost.php?p=2610936&postcount=5

If anyone a little older wants to help Evelline run this class, it could work ;).

Ok....I think I'll end up not doing it since my guidelines don't fit. I'm proabaly not ever allowed to help out.........

Well, morr said "However, if an older member agreed to help out, that is wonderful. This member and Evelline are more than welcome to PM me their plans for the class.".

I think the main issue was that you're not 18 or over. I don't know the technicalities of it, though, of course...or if you still want to do it if it would work out. It seems that it would be fine if you had someone a bit older leading/helping out.

It is not as if you cannot help you just for the time being you need someone else to co-teach or whatever the arrangement would be. I hope you do understand why the rule is in place it was not meant to upset your or anything. But at the same time if you want to do something bad enough some allowances need to be made.

Look forward to the class if it does go through. :)

Well... it was Pmed to Mol that I said I would definately help out with the class... so apparently I'm not co-incharge of running it. : /

Ugh. Yeah. I'm sure Evelline and I will post more on the topic when thing have actually been worked out and organised with consent from the both of us.. and Mol if it gets that far.

I've spoken with Evelline, and we have arranged to start on the classes in my mid-year break when I dont have Uni to commit to. Give us a week or two and you should hear more then. :)
