not a problem if you're using universal energy as opposed to your personal energy.

Of course an ill person can still send healing energies, as long as the person believes they are a conduit of the energies and not the creator. I'm not certain how it would work if it was one's own energy.

It depends on what and how servere the illness is.
However, if you're connecting to the source than simply directing that energy can be achieveable if you are sick. :hugz:

Just send the univeral energy we all have access to, keep your personal energy for yourself. Remember you can place univeral energy into yourself (sort of a recharge as it were) to help yourown healing too. Warm hugs dear.... just direct the help to your friend without it going through you or from your personal energy source.
