I was woundering if some people here could help me out. I'm looking for some type of crystal/rock candle holder that is made from an element that represents fire. I was going to get a rose quartz candle holder but it from what I understand that softens the effect of fire. So could some of you tell me some good crystal/rocks that represent fire, and if at all posible a site that sells candle holders made of the said crystal/rock?
Thank you.

you could pose this question in Arts & Crafts, might get more
responses...also Magic and Rituals might be able to help.
can copy this for you to those forums if you want!

You know if you use a search engine you'll probably find meanings for gemstones..

I tried that but I'm not good enough with the internet to find any meanings. :(

I took a quick look for you...here's what I figured out. I looked them up in "Love is in the Earth" by Melody. The book doesn't really give the elemental signs but gives the astrological signs. These are the ones from that site that have fire astrological signs...I think.
Sodatite - Sagittarius - logical thinking, eliminate confusion, stimulate the intellect. Enhances truthfulness in emotions.
Lapis - Sagittarius - help with mental clarity, assist to organize your life in the daily routines
Dumoritierite - Leo - increases one's analytical capabilities, precision, accomplishments to help obtain one's goals.
Picture Jasper - Leo - helps bring hidden thoughts, griefs, fears, & hopes to the surface so you can deal with them.
For fire, I like using amber, sunstone, or bloodstone but they didn't have these as candle holder on that site.

Obsidian would work...Possibly carnelian too.

Ok, get ready do do a little "copy & pastin'!" I found some links for you where they sell stone candle holders. Most are the actual pages where they were listed. The 'snazzdragon' is a UK based site (just so you know). :)
If you have no luck here, you may want to try an auction site like eBay, epier or epaganauctions. I have (and bought) fluorite, rose quartz and amethyst candle holders from eBay. (As of this writing there were none listed, however the beauty of the auction sites is that what is not there today, may be there tomorrow!) I've gotten some good deals checking out the auctions, but if you are looking for a particular stone/element/what-have-you, a regular site may be the place to look.
Thanks for the challenge--I LOVE challenges like this!!! :)
