I know it is very hard to explain but if anyone can plz explain how to have an out of body experience so that i can do it.

I haven't had one but I have Flying Without a Broom by DJ Conway that you might find useful. I also have Astral Projection and Psychic Empowerment by Joe Slate which you also might find useful.

Basically the first step is to tweak your visualization and meditation skills. Most of what I read basically suggests going into meditation and intentionally separating your soul or ethereal body from your physical body. I really suggest you read up on it on the net or in books because there's some protective things you might want to consider and I feel this is a complicated practice that you really should research carefully.
