Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone knows of any local stores in the U.S. which sell issues of The Cauldron (http://www.the-cauldron.fsnet.co.uk/); and can also do so via mail-order? Apparently I am not able to request issue of TC as I once was-- how I was instructed to do so-- by sending cash! I'd requested a copy of the Beltan issue including the infamous Charles Clark interview (thankfully "Circle" also carried this interview), and I waited, and I waited, and I waited...and finally I asked about that issue, and was told that he never recieved that letter (with my money!). Apparently this had been happening to a lot of his American readers! I am even prevented by subscribing due to the distance I would need to travel to secure a money order made out in British currency, which would no doubt make it through (I hope!); there's apparently only one bank relativelky "near by" that'll do so, which is in downtown Des Moines ('m fortunate enough to go to downtown Des Moines MAYBE once every 5 years!). So, finding a store in the U.S. which would be able to sell me an issue of TC when they become available would simply be far easier, for the time being. Now, I was told that a store in Minniappolis-- Magus Books, whose owner is British-- sold them, but upon further enquiry the store's herbal apparently recieves an issue as a trade-off for somethingor another! *sigh* (And I've alweays loved shopping from Magus Books, too! Ah...I've always wished that more American magazines were as BTW as TC seems to be, since reading my first issue more than a few years ago.)

Take Care,

Hmm. I have never read that particular journal, but I would try checking Barnes & Noble shops in your area. I have had surprising luck finding pagan magazines/journals in them, even out here in the boonies where I live. :) Weird thing is that the one in Lexington, KY (about 30 miles away from me) carries this kind of stuff, but the one in Cincinnati has none whatsoever, at least whenever I drop in. You'd think it would be the other way around.
At any rate, they tend to carry a lot of UK-based publications. Maybe you could ask them if they could special order it?
