Hiya, can someone do a chart interpretation? I've had my chart done in the past but have had different interpretations. I know I have capricorn all over the place in the 12th house, but what does this mean exactly?

Date of Birth : January 10th, 1967
Location : Taipei, Taiwan - Time zone AWST
lat 25° 02' North long 121° 38' East

Well, I’d not say there’s such a thing as too much Capricorn, but you certainly have a lot of that energy in your chart - Sun, Moon, Mercury and rising sign! This means you were born right at a New Moon, either on the Chinese New Year or just before. (I can’t remember which Moon it was for 1967 at the moment.) Why your chart is Capricorn heavy is that the planets in that sign are some of the most powerful influences of your personality. In fact with the way your chart is set up your Capricorn planets are so highlighted so much they might as well have a microphone and be shouting, “Look at me. I’m important!” (That point in your chart is the focus of a configuration called a Kite, which looks like a triangle with a small diamond-shape on the end. Whatever is at the tip of the Kite, as your Cappie planets are, will be the heart of your personality.) But we knew that already.
What this means is that Capricorn is a very serious sign. It is ruled by Saturn, which is often referred to as the “taskmaster” or the “teacher.” This is not dooming to be certain, but it means you will be much more serious than the average person and your personality tends to be very heavy – no giggling and gleeful skipping through life for you. With Saturn in Pisces what others may not see under that cool exterior is an inner struggle: you often ask yourself, "Am I doing enough?" "Do I deserve all of this?” "How can I make things better?" If success seemed to have come easy to you, it hasn't; you just made it look that way. On the plus side, nobody can compete with you when it comes to hard work. I’m reminded of what my Japanese teacher said once about Asian children – “They not smarter; they work harder.” That is quite true in your case. Some of that is culture but most of it is natural. You work, almost single-mindedly (with Vesta on your Scorpio Midheaven) to achieve your goals. Although you are likely to have a heart of gold, your nature is somewhat rigid and unbending. Even when you’re joking around, it's of the deadpan variety. In fact, plenty of very humorous people have Capricorn Ascendants. It's all in the timing...and the fact that they don't giggle before the joke is over.
When you have so many planets in the 12th house it means you tend to be very self-contained and need a lot of personal time and privacy to maintain your sanity. The pandemonium of modern life can overwhelm you. You have a highly sensitive nature and are probably psychic, musically gifted or artistic and tend to shy away from social confrontation. At times, others may view you as a lonely, emotionally withdrawn person. Spiritually you tend to be a maverick. You are very sensitive to other people's feelings as well as your own. Your moods and emotions are intense, and have a strong influence on how you see yourself and the world. Probably you get along easily with others, because, knowing your sensitivity, people trust you with their innermost feelings. Even while you are young, you won't hurt anyone, because you are so aware of how it feels to be hurt emotionally. You can learn a lot through your emotions, so it is important to learn to trust your feelings.

Wow Thanks KEishin :) Is it true that the 12th house actually reverses the meaning of your signs? For example, all those cappy in the 12th house have reversed meanings?
I am hard working only half of the time, the other half of the time I'm just a goof off. I am almost never serious, though I put on a facade. I don't think I can tell a joke with a straight face. My sense of humor is quirky punny and sometimes sarcastic.
As for the part about asian children working harder. Thats the truth in most cases. But I have always been a lazy kid with a high IQ, so things came easily to me and I tended not to work as hard for something. When I'm determined though, nothing stands in my way.
I take life as it comes, I am adventurous and love to try new things but I appear to be aloof and withdraw because I don't usually know how to break the ice and interact with people. As you can see, thats not the case on these boards. This is because I have easier time interacting with people I cannot see. When I meet someone and look into their eyes, sometimes I see things. Things and emotions that are alien to my own and sometimes it comes as a shock. It is very hard for me to look someone in the eye unless I am prepared to block or know the person well.
I try to achieve a balance between the technical and the artistic and have abilities in both. I am psychic, and probably artistic if i work at it. The part about me not hurting people's feelings is far from the truth. Over the years I've built up such a wall around myself that I have lost touch with other people's emotions. I tend to be more empathic with those that are my friends.
Anyway, just some feedback :)

Thanks for the feedback! Always interesting to see the true expert - you - describe yourself.
Wow Thanks KEishin :) Is it true that the 12th house actually reverses the meaning of your signs? For example, all those cappy in the 12th house have reversed meanings?
It is a simplistic explanation to say planets in the twelfth house reverse their meanings. The 12th is one of those houses that can be very hard to interpret. The quick answer is that it represents your subconscious, any restrictions, psychological problems and the tendency undermine yourself. Any planet here represents something hidden from the world, and, frequently, from ourselves.
So because the true character of the planet is hidden when in the twelfth it can seem that it is express the reverse of what it really means.
Sun = ego, Moon = emotions, Mercury = intellect and communication style. So all of those aspects of yourself are hidden from public view and you may even have issues accessing them yourself. So with a "hidden" ego one tends to be shy; "hidden" emotions tend to make one aloof or out of touch; "hidden" intellect tends to work from intuition, hunches or just general focus inward. Get the idea?
I am hard working only half of the time, the other half of the time I'm just a goof off. I am almost never serious, though I put on a facade. I don't think I can tell a joke with a straight face. My sense of humor is quirky punny and sometimes sarcastic.
Oh my, sarcasm is classic Capricorn humor. They may not seem very funny put every one of 'em has the abilty to put a room in stitches with a single pithy statement. Think Charlie Chaplin, Steve Allen, Charles Addams, or Howard Stern - all Capricorns and all very witty and sarcastic.
I take life as it comes, I am adventurous and love to try new things but I appear to be aloof and withdraw because I don't usually know how to break the ice and interact with people. I understand where you're coming from - I'm the same way. (I've also got an interesting 12th house) Somehow it's easier to strike up a conversation with someone you'll never meet in person, halfway around the world than it is to meet them in public. The looking in the eye part is due to your sensitivity to signals other may not notice. (Been there too.) Your Venus is Aquarius which is a sign known for emotional coolness. It's not that it's cold, but that it sends so much time analyzing and trying to figure it all out it has trouble getting involved.
I try to achieve a balance between the technical and the artistic and have abilities in both. I am psychic, and probably artistic if i work at it. The part about me not hurting people's feelings is far from the truth. Over the years I've built up such a wall around myself that I have lost touch with other people's emotions. That's one of the down sides to being so sensitive - you either go bonkers from the overload or you build such walls to shield yourself you have trouble taking them back down. It's a balance between having thick skin but being open enough to use your sensitivity. It is no coincedence that many psychopaths have several planets in the 12th house. It's a study in sensitivity gone wrong. But don't worry - most of 12th house people are quite wonderful and sensitive people, if a bit dumped on.

Thanks for that clarification and the explaination of the 12th house. Wow so complex. Its a good thing I'm not a psychopath huh? How can I better fit into a social situation given my quirks? What approach do you suggest?

i'll jump in and give you my 2 cents on your last question ...
first, be yourself as honestly as you possibly can be; if they can't handle it, they are not the social circle to be around -- you will end up with superficial crap friends who have no idea how to cherish you. with the 12th & 8th houses you have, your 'healthy' circle will likely be small and likely quite intense; but as jupiter is sitting in that 7th house, it is in relationships that you want to expand ... so, expand.
only, expand your relationships in the depth department rather than in the numbers department. the depth required for such a focus in the 12th house (as well as looking at that great uranus/pluto conjunction in the 8th), being truly accepted for who you are, as honestly as you can portray your self, is a big part of your evolution.
to establish deep relationships, be sure to follow-through and be a person that is impeccable with your word. others can say 'let's do this' or 'i'm gonna do that for you' and get away with being a flake or a slacker ... not you. say what you mean, do what you say ... and if its not what you feel, don't say it; if its not what you want, don't ask for it; if its not ok with you, say that; if it is what you want, say that too. being honest, even when you think it will hurt someone, is your best policy . . . even if it hasn't worked in the past. acknowledging the feelings of how someone may respond to what you are about to say before you say it, sometimes help and shows your intention is to be honest rather than to just hurt them.
value yourself and others will value you, nothing shallow in this chart whatsoever, except perhaps the facade of 'you can't hurt me' and perhaps that is more accurately described as 'i am not going to let anyone hurt me, even me.' brutal honesty can be hurtful at first, but once you get to know yourself as honestly as possible and find out how cool that is, other's can get to it as well, and more than likely will not use it against you unless you want them to.
venus in the 1st house, i have always found intense trust issues with this placement ... usually it is the trust in the holistic beauty of the self (1st house) that has been completely abused (or at least not reinforced) by the early life. if you are not already doing it, artistic endeavors can bring an outlet to help sort through this issue and turn any weakness in this area into a major strength.
that's what i see in your chart with respect to your question.

Hey man, we can hang, I can deal with your quirks, hopefully you can deal with mine (being a Sag and all, hehe). Once I'm all healed up we can get together with a bunch of other Jersey MWers if you want. I don't think you live too far from me anyway.:)

Thanks so much! That does describe me to a T. Even as a kid I was always brutally honest. Alot of times blurting out what I'm thinking without giving it much thought. As I grew older, I learned how to add tact into it, however sometimes when my ideas are flowing a million miles a minute, its hard to keep everything inside.
I tend to keep only those friends that I trust close to me. As a result, I only have a few really good friends that I talk to regularly. So that fits with what you said also.
I have always had artistic tendencies, but ended up pursuing a life of technical because capricorns are all about money. I have tried to make art my hobby and have delved into many many different crafts.
Some day I'll actually find an art I'm really good at... besides origami.

Sadly, I'll be much farther away now. I'm moving to the baltimore area in July.

who said 'technical' people are not VERY creative ... eons ago when i was in college, i studied fortran and cobalt (told you it was eons ago!) ... my profs always told me i had the most creative, if not verbose, way of programming ... whether its programming or design or otherwise routing energy to work, that is a very creative talent ... it may not necessarily be "artistic" in the traditional sense ... but then "art" is in the eye of the beholder!!! i found capricorns to be all about almost everything except money ... hmmmmm. mostly money was just a result of their rather easy and creative way of manipulating the earthly reality around them ... that was usually the 'thing' that makes capricorns monetarily successful.
have a great week!
