herby question

Could all you knowlagble people tell me what if any herbs or essenses i need to avoid cause i am pregnant, have had a look and it only tells you what essensial oils to avoid, help please.

Gosh there are many, many, many herbs and thus many to avoid.
It would be easier to just research the ones you really want to use, then the list will be smaller. :)

Great list but dont forget, if a herb you want to use is not on that list, that doesnt mean its safe! It may not of been considered for that list.
Heck we can buy teas with herbs from all over the world, and oils and etc. Ya gotta check each one your considering.

Thanks for that, :) i was woundering really about the 'normal' herbs, like camomile tea and green tea etc. so i guess there safe

Raspberry leaf tea is supposed to help with an easy delivery. I drank it. I don't know if it made the delivery easier, but no bad effects either.
