It's been a while since I've had this dream. As a matter of fact its been 3 years since, and for some reason it's poped back into my life. I've talked to some people about it but they just look at me funny. So I hope there is somone here that can make any sence of it at all.

In my dream i "wake up" and i hear laughing. So I get out of bed to see where the laughing is coming from. Its then that i see my exboyfriend sitting on my desk laughing and holding a bloody knife. Upon seeing my face he starts laughing even more hystarically. I turn back around to my bed and see me in it. I'm dead. My eyes are open and my mouth open as if i was silently screaming. I frantically run to my mirror and there i am all ghost like. Then the my ex dissapears saying: I will find you and kill you. And then my room splits in half. Not only phisically but the light as well. Half of the room is fillied with wonderus light the other chilly darkness. I hear two voices saying at once: You are not welcome in eaither of our homes. You must pay the price.

Its long i know. I just wanted to give you as much detail as I could in hopes that it might help. I've always had dreams randomly come to me crystal clear like this one. Except this one continued to come back every night for a week.

I would like to let you know that my ex and i are good friends. He is sweet and very gentalman like.^_^ He's a guy any girl could dream of having! Our realationship just couldn't work because I was having difficulties that effected it. I didn't have these dreams till a year or so after we broke up and by then feelings had been mended and life was good. Please, if you can, help me to understand this dream. I'd like to be able to live life with an understanding of how things are really going.

perhaps there is a deep down hidden fear? maybe not directed at your ex, or maybe it is. sometimes, the nicest, sweetest guys can have the worst dark side anyone has ever seen. they just dont let it out unless the time is right and maybe your subconious fears that he may very well be one of those types and you consious mind hasnt seen through it yet.

just a thought from me.

Not true :) Everyone dreams on avg about 8 times a night. The reason why it doesnt feel like that is because you dont remember them. But thats cool, the fact your remember this one means there must be a level of significance to it.

Hmmm. I'm being told to look at the numbers for this one... The number two pops up everywhere in your dream.

Lets start off saying that two signfys male and female in the form of a partnership/relationship.

The second thing is the knife. Not really a wonderful symbol and is usually assoicated with people saying halmful things behind your back.. as the saying the goes "sticking the knife in". The fact that your being killed in the dream also signifies being in with the wrong crowd. Though death can also mean a drastic life changing event which will transform your current state of mind (like the death card in tarot).

But houses are usually looked upon as temples of the soul, therefore the physical body. Can also define physical relocation, the splitting of the two houses.

However, I think it goes back to the whole thing about you being out of your body and the duality issue. Laughter (two people laughing) and Fear (the expression on your dead body), two emotions. House splitting in two. Again duality, darkness and light, male and female all twos. Two voices.... hmmmm.

This dream holds a strong significance, two is one of the most powerful omens in dream analogy. I suspect you have a major choice comming up, one that is negativly driven and perhaps associated with your exboyfriend (or the people around him) and one that holds an escape from all of this... I say take that one.

Those two voices are spiritual guidence, take the advise "You are not welcome in eaither of our homes. You must pay the price." almost litterally.
