Does anyone here follow this path, or include some of it's ideas in their path? It's a Feri off-shoot, started by Francesca De Grandis. She refers to it as a shamanic-wiccan path in her books. I'd like your opinions as to wether or not *you* think it is wiccan....or if it should be classified as pagan. Just curious. I like a lot of the elements of The Third Road, and I guess I'm just getting stuck on semantics.---shuvanilu

her ideas of wicca, shamanism and celtic faery shamnism are horribly jumbled - she equates one with the other.

cant ee what the fae have to do with it - therefore it seems the use of celtic, faery and shamanism all within one sentence are merely marketing ploys.

Yeah...I think if she would have just called it a pagan system, that would've been more accurate. I can definitely see the Feri (ala Victor and Cora) elements, but the rituals never really seemed wiccan per se, and I could definitely not see how she thinks it's shamanic. Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with this system.---shuvanilu

Reading through her website, it looks like she is getting confused between witchcraft and wicca, she states that she runs a 3rd Road Wiccan school but then states that she teaches witchcraft; the religion of ancient European Shamanism...eh!!
