Tough time dating.

Oh it's been rough. In fact it's been damn terrible ever since my boyfriend had to move away,and we mutally ended it seeing as a long distance realtionship would be to hard for eather of us. I've been on some many dates... hoping so badly that I'll be able to find someone as sweet, and I can love as much as my old boyfriend but it seems as I've been finding the scum of the earth. Dating is already hard enough for me seeing I am only attracted to the punk/gothy boys and therfore that rules most men out the running. Since I've thrown myself enthusatically back on the dating scene...confident I could find what I wanted I've been date raped, and winded up on a date so bad it ended in a jail cell. I can only find the men intrested in sex, I can only friend the men who are intrested in drugs and alchol abuse, I can only find the men whose lives are in shards.

Like all women I want love...and I just cannot understand why I am having such a rough time finding it. I don't even want the love of my life...I am just miss having someone to love. Any energy you could send to my cause would be much appericated...these six months have been terrible for me. Heartbreak...rape recovery...jail time... I don't want find my breaking point...I want to find my reward.

Are you meeting them online?

The HC punk scene I used to belong to was definitely not female freindly and very preoccupied with a violent rivalry with the local skinheads. But it was a large vibrant community, drawing many personalities to interact and a number different and serious relationships came out of it in spite of the wannabe roadwarrior ethos.

If your social network is to small to provide a workable selection, that might be a better next project than dating.

When you have wide enough field to choose from finding the right bloke will prove easier.
