I almost didn't get it today, I felt SO BAD this morning, but I went in late and went to my last 4 classes which were kind of pointless since I was in such a fog caused by meds. I'd rather be a little out of it though instead of dehabilitating cramps and a miagraine so bad that the world wouldn't stop spinning even after I couldn't feel it anymore. Anyway, I digress...
The ring, yes...
Well, I got it in a nonprecious silver-toned metal since the white gold was too expensive and they didn't offer sterling silver as an option (I don't much wear yellow gold, it doesn't look good on me) and a white sapphire stone with two music notes laid under it. Its antique finished so its got this very classic looking black and silver thing going on...its awesome. On one side of the actual ring its got my school mascot and on the other its got my name, my graduating year (2003) and the activity I chose to have represented...which was music (I don't think I'd have had it any other way.) I'm thinking I probably should have got a size 7 instead of a 6.5, but my fingers are all a little swollen right now, so I'll wait a bit and see if I'll need it resized.
Anywho...I'm just all excited, though I'm having one of those moments again where my age is catching up to me. Does that happen more often the older you get or something, 'cos I don't think I like it...its scary!
