Ok heres the problem. One of my roomates is a big snoop and I can tell that she has been reading everything I save on the computer, including my BOS and my journal. So lord knows what else she has her hands into in my room. I've asked her not snoop but she just gets mad at me for accusing her. So I'm looking for help with creating a spell to get her to stop. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

The spell is called password protection.

For other things, try a spell of invisibility or something similar. I do that with my desk at work. I put a spell on it so that people would not think to look through my drawers & snoop in my desk. Word it in such a way that when she sees your stuff, her mind will slide over them & not really see them.

The Rune of invisibility is Dagaz... looks like an hourglass, turned on it's side... trace it with your finger on whayever you wish to go unnoticed...

a piece of clear tape on the cabinet or dresser where you keep your stuff is a good way to tell if someone is snooping through your stuff too.

Or write a "spell" in your bos to strike her with lightning if she keeps snooping.;)
Sorry, couldn't resist.:D

1. A BIOS password, if you know how to set one.
2. Windows NT, 2000, or XP, as these can be locked-down so that you're the only one who can access your files.
'Course, those are both fairly technically-involved solutions. But they'll work, guaranteed.

I know this is an old thread but whenever I suspected someone of getting in to my personal things I'd leave a note on top of the drawer or on the first page that read ("I know what you're doing so stop it") If nothing else, it'll freak them out. I love a resolution that doubles as a practical joke.

I got a good chuckle out of that.

me 2. The first thing that popped into my head was, spell? What do you need a spell for? We have locks and passwords!
I would go with a more mundane approach first, pheonix, as myst suggested.
