Spirit-Help

Hi all,

Does anyone know a technique that sensitises you to hearing spirits?

I want to learn because I've had quite a few experiences with spirits/ghosts and I always have the feeling they're trying to tell me something. Only I can't hear them.

So any help would be appreciated.

And what did you search for?

Did you try different terms such as "spirit", "ghost", "talk*", etc.? Other related terms?

For instance he has 7 posts with "spirit", 3 with "ghost", and 11 with "talk". You might also try "communication", "communicate", "ability", etc.

He has over 200 threads so you might have to spend some time looking. Also you might try PMing mato as flar suggested in the first place :D

If you feel they're calling to you somehow, you may be closer than you think. Keep in mind, it's important not to force this sort of thing. I mean, you can, but keep in mind the door swings both ways. It's not always going to be like a light switch, and the sub-concious has a funny way of acting out its own hopes and fears..

still, meditation is good, maybe some type of sabbatical or journey to a special place. I mean, this type of thing can be as simple as doing candle magic with runes. That's what I first started off with actually. I think the spell I did would translate to a "favorable spiritual opening."

and still, ask somebody else, and you'll probably get a different answer. It's not an exact science

I know what you mean. I see spirits from time to time but, only when they want me to see them. so, times I can figure fugure it out what they want, and other times I'm left guessing. I always figure I'll fine out when they want me to know.

hmmm, the only time I have had open communication with a spirit was in a very intense ritual. And I have never been in a deeper trance state. I suggest throwing on some of your faverout meditation cd's (if you do use music put it on repeat you don't want to have to get up and change it, these can go for hours) and any other focuses you like. candle's incence, things like that. And spend awile going deeper and deeper. The spirit's will come just be patient. Try to keep your mind clear. You might find that the thoughts coming in your head aren't your own. when you feel a spirit present try asking a question and waiting for a responce in your mind.

This is just an idea, I don't know of any specific methods of learning to communicate with spirits verbally on a regular basis. They have other ways of getting there point across just keep your mind open.
