Sign ups for the Second Meditation Class are now CLOSED!

*If you were a member of the first class and wish to join the NEW Class you may do so. A lot of things went wrong during the first class.

01. I tried to group all individual assignments together and the replies coming in got mixed up with assignments going out. That will now change.

02. Members who signed up some didn't show at all.

03. Other members got lost in the mix of things.

04. Group Meditations fell apart very few posted their experience.

It was a MESS and I am truely sorry!

If anyone from the first class wishes to now join the Second Class you may. We can pick up where you left off.

Okay, just let me know what you're looking for. You said something more advanced do you moving into trace work, active meditation?

Sorry - I suppose I should give a bit of an intro <sheepish grin>

Right now I do meditation two ways - Tai Chi (short form for now, hoping to learn Yan style Longform eventually), and through seated meditation, that I have been using for grounding. I've just started adding a shielding meditation, but I've had some trouble keeping enough focus to finish both in one setting. I have better luck meditating with some soft noise (usually music) or using a recorded meditation.

I'd like to be able to move the active meditation aspect of Tai Chi into other parts of my routine, particularly driving (as I do a lot of it), but it's hard to get myself focused enough without not paying attention to the road.

As far as moving forward, I know that I work best with guidance, and so that's why I've signed up for this course (I will practice more if I'm having to write about what I'm doing!). I'm not really sure what is out there in terms of advanced meditation.
