Does anyone know of a good spell or charm to alleviate clumsiness? Maybe an herb or stone? I just can't seem to find anything about it, and I'm really sick of hurting myself. I know, I know, be more careful... I try but my body just seems to find things to run into:awilly:

Okay, the others might have better suggestions/observations/thoughts for you. But I will chip in with my own two cents.
The first thing that came to my mind was "balance". I read somewhere (and I believe it myself) that the reason why accident-prone people are always knocking into things and getting bruises and bumps all over is that they live in the head. So, in a way, "head-heaviness" would tend to cause imbalance of the body, so to speak. For me, I think a lot and tend to focus on intellectual and sometimes psychological issues - so, when I am not focused in my body, I find myself banging into things.
You might want to look into grounding and centering exercises. Ground, center - and focus. That might help you alleviate the clumsiness. If you want a charm, I would suggest making a pouch containing things and objects that remind you of stability and balance.
Hope this helps,
Jolantru

I am going to have to second the ground and centering thing. It helps you to be more aware of your surroundings so you are less prone to being clumsy. If you are having a problem grounding I have heard of people using a "grouning bag" You know thoes little bags on a cord that you can wear? Well it shoud be filled with roots and stones. Semi precious stones like hematite can be added. Then it is empowered by burying it for 24 hours or so. It's not a substitute for ground meditations but i can help it go a lot smoother. Good luck.

Alright. alright. I will third this opinion as a former clumsy person. Balancing myself worked wonders on my behalf. I used to blunder into everything head first. Now that I take the time that I did not think i had to balance and center and ground myself I tend to be more accident free. It is a wonderful suggestion Jolantru !

My mother wears toullamarine, I believe to ward clumsiness. She is very accident prone and is always walking into things and spilling stuff over.

Seeing as you have little ones, I don't know how practical this is for you, but if you can find time, take a class in a meditative practice, like Yoga, T'ai Chi or even Pilates. All three are very good at teaching the body about balance, and help with energies that might be interfering.
And I'll also say ground and center. :)
