I have absolutely NO idea where this sort of topic is supposed to go, so if this isn't the proper place, please feel free to move it.
Does anyone else get a lot of out of body type experiences? Mine aren't the same as the ones I've looked up, where you're watching yourself in another place, but I do get a lot of experiences where I feel detattched from my body, but kind of hovering of my shoulder above myself, watching my body. Or I get other experiences where I don't feel like I'm watching myself but I feel like my mind is still completely separate from my body (though I expect that latter one happens to a lot of people)
I'm just kind of wondering about them, what they mean, or if anyone else has had any similar experiences, or gets them a lot the way I do.
