I light a candle tonight Mother in order to ask you for some extra strength and support that me and my family are really going to need over the next few months. We have embarked upon what we hope is the final leg of a journey that none of us wanted to take, yet have been forced to walk down the path.
It is my hope that justice will prevail, but I also understand that I may never feel any decision is justifiable. I also understand that in order to find the peace I seek, I must accept, but acceptance is so far off that it seems insurmountable. Please help us find the extra strength we need within ourselves to get through this.
