I'm a bit awkward at this, being a newbie, but maybe a bit more about me might facilitate conversation. I'm a saggitarius/capricorn cusp, and it tends to pull me in all sorts of differant directions usually at once! I have been a Goddess worshipper since I was a little kid, and an actual practicing witch since I was about 16. I have always felt drawn to Isis even though my background is Celtic. I'm an artist of sorts(mainly sci-fi fan art) I collect fashion dolls,and I'm the personal human of a rather mischievious mini lop- eared bunny named Pookie. :)

My family is a bit of a mixed bag but predominantly Scot, Irish and English, so it came as a bit of a surprise to me to be so keen on Egyptian things all my life. Also I have found myself drawn to Isis more than any other aspect of the Goddess. An odd thing happened to me some years ago when I was out and about . I was in one of my favourite places; a shop that specialises in crystals and new age books and I got this sudden strange desire to buy a ring. Well the only one in my size in the shop was a winged Isis which I bought immediately, then I ran into a book on Isis worship right out in front at the next shop I went to, and an Isis pendant later that same day. seems like someone was trying to tell me something! :)
