Rune Reading.....help!

I had a question in mind, and I did a rune reading. I tried the three norns first. The outcome was negitive.
I then tried the runic cross, and the outcome was positive.
What am I to believe? Did the two outcomes differ because of the different reading methods or simply because I tried again and wanted it to be different?

You did it till you saw what you wanted ( only MHO ) I never do readings other than a single card " how is my day looking " kinda thing ~ cuz If I do ~ I will see only what I want and not what is right there in front of me ( once again only IMHO ) BB ~ WynnJera

Maybe both the readings tie into each other, if you noted them down Id take another look, maybe the first wasnt negative but you read it that way, maybe yes you got what you wanted in the end.. Im not sure.. only you really know.

I dont think it would have to do with trying two differnet spreads, I often try two to confrim or explore my question further but yeah, maybe if you tried it again with the same spread it would be different also and relate back to what you really want to see.

Maybe the two differnet spreads are showing you two sides of the coin? two different outcomes and the negative one is a warning.

Id try and ask again, asking on each spread ~ why did ... come up? and see if the runes answer you clearer.
