:awilly: Hello there. Does anyone know of a tea blend for moody mid-way, no cramps but just edgy, moody,icky between cycle???? I'm not tired just overly moody, crabby, it's just an eww Feeling. I generally try to hide :excuseme: from all family becuase they have done nothing wrong but, I want to rip off heads. And doesn't matter whos, at that point, anyone quailfies.:uzi: Any suggestion would greatly be appreciated. Thank You for reading!

:fpraise: Astara Seague, Thank You!! the st.John's Wart, does it come in tea form? Because we have the Chamomile, we use it for bedtime.

Also, Vitamin B complex helps with this a lot, as well. If you can get a supplement, or just try and concentrate on foods that are high in Vitamin B, this will help as well. Vit.B helps balances moods, handle stress (no biting off heads!) as well as giving energy. You should also see this as a time to withdraw a little bit - maybe find activites you can do on your own, such as taking time for yourself, meditating, talking walks alone, etc. Recognize this as a time when your body's energies are drawing inward and slowing down a bit and do something to honor that. Listen to your body.
