umm..I know everyone says that no one has the same natal chart or anything..but we've looked this up a million times and it comes out the same.
I was born at 12:19 pm and she was born at 12:20 pm. There is literally NO DIFFERENCE in how our natal charts come out. Whats up with that?

Well, there's a small difference in the ascendant and the mid-heaven... in your case very small.
The ascendant and mid-heaven are the primary determinants of how you appear to the outside world (outside having slightly different meanings for ascendant vs. mid-heaven).
I've only done one reading for twins - they were born 15 minutes apart and seemed strikingly different... it turned out that they had different signs in the ascendant and their ascendants clearly explained the apparent differences.
I would expect you to be a lot like your twin... but, remember, the natal chart is just what you're born with - it doesn't say anything about what you do with it.

I imagine a lot of twins think of themselves as vastly different while others think of them as similar :)

I think that's probably true. Perhaps twins at some point try to differentiate themselves to establish identity - and so take on different behavioral characteristics.
OTOH, the twins I once did a reading for were teenage girls at the time. One was shy, retiring, pretty. The other was an active, outgoing "tom-boy" with her hair cropped short. I don't remember the details but the difference was clearly spelled out in their ascendants. The 15 minutes between them included an ascendant sign change and a planet (Mars, I think) rose over the horizon (i.e. moved from 1st house to 12th) between their births.

Well its hard to explain really....
I actually get insulted when someone tells me I'm like her. I don't like thinking I'm like another person :/ Especially my twin (which, as noted, I have spent most of my life trying to be different from). Hehe. I dunno. I've never really asked anyone if my sister and I are alike. I don't think we are because of a whole slew of things that are different...but oh well *shrugs*
