Does your pet bother you while you're on the Internet?

My cats bother me all the time while I'm the Internet. If I'm doing anything else on the computer it doesn't matter, but if I'm on MW (or it's 3:00 am and I'm sleeping) then they're begging for a snuggle, and jumping on my lap, and chasing the pointer across the screen. :lol:

Right now, my biggest kitty-baby Fosser is jumping on my lap, and wants me to rub his belly, and scratch his ears, and tries to get me to pet him while I'm typing. I usually indulge him because he's so persistant and adorable. :lol:

So, does anyone else have this problem of their pets bothering them while they're on the computer? :lookwhats

Sort of. If he comes up to me it's only because he wants food or water and he can meow from the other room so he doesn't need to get to close. He doesn't approach me for a petting but sometimes he tolerates it when I pick him up.

I get that a lot. My little one Loki has pulled out white loops in leg part of my good jeans. Sometimes they like to do it when I'm wearing shorts... :yikess:

Occasionally they believe that my wide leg pants are a form of entertainment, and they can grab on and go for a ride. :lol:

:lol: When our blue heeler was a puppy she used to grab hold of my skirt or jeans. It was so funny!
My cat loves using my legs as scratching posts, especially when I'm either weraing shorts or skirts. I swear she's a sadist who just loves to see me jump and howl in pain! 8O

Petie will come in and pester for attention when I'm online. I'll be trying to hold a conversation on IM, or reply to a post, and she'll start "nose-butting" my leg, or stick her snout under my arm and flip it up in the air.

One time she was trying to get the girls to play with her, and they kept shooing her away because they were watching TV. We came home the next night, and she'd eaten the remote.

Ebony is usally downstairs while my laptop is upstairs in my room. If she were to come upstairs the she would probably not leave me alone until I gave her my complete and undivided attention. My dog is an attention whore. :lol:

If you mean climbing up on my chest, biting my nose, batting at my fingers as they type on the laptop and nudging my hand so I'll pet him... yeah he bugs me a little LOL. And this is the kitten that's only been here a week!

Natas is the only one that pesters, but only when she wants something. Otherwise she sleeps in her spot about 3 ft. away.

I will almost always have one trying to jump in my lap and lay under the keyboard shelf...or trying to get in between me and the keyboard. Otherwise, it's a lot of meowing and rubbing of my legs, and my Siamese gives love bites on the ankle...lovely, just lovely! :lol:

ocassionally lottie jumps onto my lap in my chair where i rest my laptop so i get cat hair on me and the laptop and a collection of 'wh\fjrifyh'in chats and posts....

my woofs glare at me from the couch...then they bury their noses under my arms while l'm typing and pull my hands away....my boy lays his head accross the keyboard....thank goddess he's not a slobbery dog !!

yep, Fosser always jumps on my lap when im on the computer. Loki (aka "stinky-poo") tries to pester Foss when hes on my lap... then Fosser jumps off and teaches Loki whos boss.:lol:

My dog curls up beneath the computer desk, behind all of the wiring. Running out from behind there sometimes joggles the wire connections.
