My first thought on seeing your post was a ritual in LaVeyan Satanism. I did find a page of articles on the Rite of Blasphemy but surprisingly they were by a well known Theistic Satanist named Diane Vera. Here it is for you - http://www.angelfire.com/ny5/dvera/rituals/blasphemy/index.html

You know i was actually going to recommend Diane Vera's site, as it's one of the best Theistic Satanist sites out there, also check out the Purpose of blasphemy in Satanism (http://www.angelfire.com/ny5/dvera/rituals/blasphemy/purpose.html), it explains what it is, why you should do one, etc, i'd recommend reading it and really seeing if you want to do it (also, blasphemy isn't just against the Christian god, it can be against anything that you feel limits you (say if you were raised by neo-nazi's, you could listen to some Jewish music, praise Jewish scientists or writers, eat Jewish food, etc or if you were raised by vegatarian's, you might eat a large streak, etc).

Like Diane Vera says, you also shouldn't do a blashpemy against Yahweh if you weren't raised Christian or Jewish or Muslim, etc or if he hasn't interferred in your life (it would basically attract his attention even
more, and would like antagonise him, probably leading to Yahweh kicking some ass!).

It's something serious that you should consider, and not rush into, but if you are really serious i recommend using Diane Vera's one (like i said, it's probably the best Theistic Satanist site out there).

I talked about this in another thread a while ago. I disgusted a bunch of people. Shocked a christian girl there:lol:. So you're getting into the "dark" side? Keep in mind that these are NOT evil like Christians say they are. They are about power and becoming like a god. Theres four sorts of Satanic religions.

Traditional Satanism- Satan is worshipped primarily as the supreme god(Lucifer is a facet of Satan), other demons secondarly worshipped. This is the most secretive kinds. Which very rarely accepts people not born into it.

Demonolatry (Me:hahugh: )- All demons worshipped equally (Satan and Lucifer seperate). Demonolator has a patron/matron demon who he/she most associates with and communicates with. Afterlife is reincarnation.

Modern Satanism- Which is not true Satanism. It is atheist. This is the religion founded by Anton Lavey.

Setian- Follows the Egyptian god Set and believes Satan is just a "charicature" of him.

Thank you amunakht for sharing this, it is very interesting. I cannot say I'm into the dark side, but I'm certainly not afraid of it, and am interested in learning. The things I"ve read so far seem to make Lucifer a separate individual 'Elemental' rather than a facet of Satan unless I"m misunderstanding something, perhaps the eight other divinities are all facets of Satan, I don't know. Anyway, I'm intrigued.
