I am hoping this is OK to post here

Last night I had a dream that I went into my office and found someone had pulled one of the shelves of my bookcase forward (how it hasn't fallen I don't know). I looked behind these books and saw my ornmental egg was broken (Because I don't like choccy much, my parents have sometimes bought me ornamental eggs at Easter....this one has cats pained on the side and was suppose to play Memory from the musical cats...although it plays some tune I have never heard off. And in case your wondering my parents know I am pagan and are fine with it. ) I felt that the song Memory was an important part of the dream

Anyway I asked my mother who was staying at my house if she had done it..she said yes and that she wanted to read my books on sex. I was shocked that she knew I had such books, and that she wanted to read them (she was for them not against them) and she didn't see why i was bothered about her breaking the egg

A thing I noted in the dream was the egg had fallen behind the books...where as in real life if that had happened it would fall in front

So anyone got any ideas

yep, you posted in the right place!

this is what im getting from the dream, others may have a different veiw on it so bare with me.

1. books on sex
2. book case not falling over
3. broken ornamental easter egg
4. your mom being for it and interested
5. she knows youre a pagan
6. the ornamental egg fell behind the books etc.

the books on sex arent really the key factor in this dream. your mom looking for them in the shelf and the book case not falling over is a sign of spiritual interest and strenght. the ornamental easter egg your parents gave you that broke, your mom being for the books (which i mentioned arent the key factor), and her knowing you are a pagan; could be a sign that she wants to know more about your beliefs and is quite interested in paganism herself. the ornamental egg falling behind the books in the dream when in reality it would have fallen towards the front could mean she has started taking steps towards paganism but wants to have a fall back just in case.

just my two cents worth but then again what do i know, im not exactly a avid follower of any religion period.

Hmm thanks...my mum does already know a lot about paganism though. Though she wouldn't refer to herself as one (Nor do I generally for that matter) she has read many books, been to events, has pagan friends etc
